Later in the evening at approximately 11:26pm, Marshfield Police responded to a local restaurant for a report of an assault and battery.  Upon arrival, police were informed a man who had been removed from the establishment earlier in the night had returned and been escorted out of the restaurant a second time by staff.  Once outside, he punched an innocent bystander in the face, then fled the scene in a White Infinity Sedan with loud exhaust.  Upon investigating, a description of the suspect was also obtained.  Responding officers located a white Infinity Sedan with dark colored wheels and loud exhaust on Rt 139 heading away from the scene.  The operator was identified as Scott Williams DOB 06/30/1990 of #61 Shaw St Apt B, Braintree, MA.  Both Williams and his vehicle matched the description from both earlier crimes.
