Since Roberts* release, his supervision consisted of several conditions and numerous in home visits conducted by the parole board, with the Marshfield Police. During a recent visit, Roberts was found to be in violation of the conditions of his parole.

During a recent home visit Officers located a sketch pad on Roberts’ bed. The notepad also contained hand written internet addresses and what appeared to be an email address. After further investigation it was determined that Roberts had accessed the internet using his brother’s cell phone.
