Marshfield is a coastal community that is situated halfway between Boston and Cape Cod. Marshfield’s five miles of public seashore along the Atlantic Ocean has attracted people to the town for generations. Comprised of approximately 25,500 year round residents the population swells in the summer months as we welcome our seasonal population. We have worked hard to develop strategies and programs to ensure the safety of all who are in the town. We are always looking for ways to be proactive and to improve our job performance.
