Press Release: Man Exposes Genitals to Two People, Resists Arrest

On Thursday January 27th, 2022 at 9:25am, Marshfield Police received a 911 call from a female party reporting  a man had exposed himself outside of an apartment complex in town.  Upon arrival, Officers were informed that a man had approached a resident of the complex and asked her for cigarettes while she was locking her vehicle.  She then entered her apartment and looked outside to check on her vehicle.  She noticed the man standing outside her window, looking up at her and smiling.  While he stared in her direction, he lifted up his shirt and exposed his genitals.  Moments later, a second resident looked out the same window and the suspect exposed his genitals again.  Officers obtained a detailed description of the suspect.  In the immediate area, Officers located a man later identified as Randy Coakley 06/13/1988 of 738 Plain St, Marshfield MA.   After an investigation, Coakley was placed under arrest during which time he resisted being placed into handcuffs.  He will be arraigned at Plymouth District Court on January 27, 2022 on the following charges:
