On August 4, 2020 at approximately 3:15am Marshfield Police responded to an apartment complex for a report of a man breaking into a work truck.  Upon arrival officers located 38 year old Keith Farro of The Village at Marshfield Apartments. Farro was dressed in all black using a flashlight to search through the interior of a work truck which is owned by the apartment complex where the crime occurred.  Farro was holding tools in his hands which had been taken from the interior of the vehicle.   Officers recognized Farro from a previous incident on July 30, 2020 during which he was arrested for breaking into a vehicle on School Street.  Farro is not an employee of the apartment complex or its management company.
